We can produce bread pans using the deep-drawn method or folded method. These various deep-drawn forms and pans result in:
- a perfect, seamless product, which is
- strong and
- easy to clean, and
- gives the baked end product attractive, rounded edges.
The advantage of these rounded edges is that they considerably reduce the risk of damage to the packaging.
Bread pans are available in many different formats. The bread pans are produced and finished off wholly in accordance with the customer’s wishes. They are produced from aluminised steel or aluminium, with a coating if desired. Various types of coatings are available, for optimum release and heat conduction. These include Cruco -2D, Cruco -3 or Cruco -4 and a silicon coating.
Supplementary features for folded and deep-drawn pans include ridges in the side walls and/or bottom, perforations in the bottom and perforations along the fold line or radius of the pan. If desired, the pans can be made suitable for automatic stacking.
