Kneading: In cooperation with partner.
Dough processing: In cooperation with Rademaker or another partner.
Baking form conveyor: Stainless steel frame with Capway Panfriendly link chain, bottle chain, etc.
Oven loading: Oven loader (stationary or mobile).
Baking: BakeStep vertical oven (800, 2000 mm) or in cooperation with partner.
Oven unloading: Oven unloader (stationary or mobile).
Depanning: Reverse depanner, vacuum depanner (in-line or Pick and Place), needle depanner.
Cleaning baking form: Blowing (CleanCap or Typhoon), 180° tip-over, in combination with pressurised air.
Cooling baking form: Cooling tunnels, intensive cooling sections, CapStep Elevator.
Baking form storage: StepStore Elevator, RoboCap storage system.
Greasing baking form: UniCapo greasing machine (mobile or built-on version).
Product transport: Capway & Wendway and PoweredFree conveyors, vertical and horizontal switches.
Cooling product: Capmatic longitudinal tip-over system, Capway Heavy Duty spiral towers.
Specials: Right-angle take-overs, revolving units.
Packaging: To be provided by third parties.
